Members of the Maryland Army National Guard and the Maryland Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team fly to South Carolina to help respond to Hurricane Matthew. The UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter departs with a crew of four personnel and two rescue swimmers and swift water technicians from the Baltimore County Fire Department.
