Carr (nee Kelly) (Coalpits, Creggs, Roscommon [sic]) January 28, 1964, at the Regional Hospital, Galway, Mary relict of Thomas Carr and sister of Rev. P. Kelly, Dublin, and sister Mary Gonzaga, Convent of Mercy, Roscommon; deeply regretted by her sorrowing brothers, sisters, and a large circle of friends, R.I.P. Solemn Requiem Mass as 10:30 o'clock in St. Mary's Church, Ballygar, today (Thursday). Funeral immediately afterwards to Killeroran Cemetery.

Coalpits is in County Galway, Ireland and not in County Roscommon. In the original text it was improperly written as "Colpits".
