[edit]Mrs. Mary A Conboy. Mrs. Mary A Conboy, 74 widow of Peter J. Conboy, a native of Jersey City who died Tuesday after a lingering illness at Middlesex Nursing Home in Metuchen will be buried Friday morning. Mrs. Conboy had resided in Jersey City until two years ago when she went to Westfield to make her home with a niece Mrs. William V. Keating at 341 W Dudley Ave. Mrs. Conboy’s husband died in November 1950. He was a trustee of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church. Mrs. Conboy was a member of the Rosary Society at St Aloysius Church. Surviving Mrs. Conboy besides her niece is a sister, Mrs. Catherine M. Hayes. The funeral will take place at 9:30 a.m. Friday from the Dooley Funeral Home, 218 North Ave., West Cranford. A solemn high mass of requiem will be offered at Trinity Church, Westfield, at 10 a.m. Interment will take in Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
