Description
English: Detail of the 1709 edition of the Martyrologium Romanum (Pope Gregory XIII): "May 2, Rome, day of death [natalis] of the martyrs Saturninus, Neopolus, Germanus and Coelestinus who, after much suffering incarcerated, passed away in the Lord". French bishops in early 19th century identified Neopolus as name's origin and patron saint of Napoleone / Napoléon.
