Description
Deutsch: Im Inneren des verlassenen Veranstaltungssaals der evangelischen Kirchengemeinde in Martinsberg (rum. Șomartin, ung. Mártonhegy), Siebenbürgen, Rumänien. Das Gebäude wurde 1912 errichtet und beherbergte im Erdgeschoss einen Veranstaltungsraum für Bälle, Hochzeiten und Konzerte. Im Obergeschoß befand sich eine Filiale der Siebenbürgischen Raiffeisen Bank. Während des Kommunismus diente das Gebäude als Kino und sozialistischer Kultursaal. Nach der Revolution von 1989 wurde das Gebäude vom rumänischen Staat an die evangelische Kirchengemeinde rückerstattet, jedoch im Anschluß von erbosten nationalistischen Vandalen zerstört und geplündert. Heute verfällt das Gebäude, da die säschische Bevölkerung des Dorfes fast komplett nach Deutschland ausgewandert ist.
