Bridegroom Mr Louis.J.Furtado is the son of Late Eusebius.Furtado and Brigette.Furtado of Barkur in South Kanara district. Mr Louis.J.Furtado was one of the few pioneer village Mangaloreans to migrate to Kenya for employment in 1949.He served as a "Cargo Supervisor" for "British India Steam Navigation (B.I.S.N)",the largest shipping company in the World during that era. |
