Description
English: The forward Mark 45 Mod 4 lightweight gun (5" 62 cal.) is fired with live ammunition as the ship begins its Combat System Ships Qualification Test (CSSQT). Preble was commissioned on Nov. 9, 2002 and is the newest Arleigh Burke class destroyer. CSSQT is one of many qualifications a newly commissioned ship must undergo prior to its first deployment.
