Josiah Roger, was her owner, his vessels were named after his wife , Marion and it was she who gave the title `Marion Line', to the company. The other vessels of the line were the 'Marion Ballantyne', 'Marion Frazer', 'Marion Inglis', 'Marion Josiah', and the 'Marion Lightbody'. |
