Description
English: A simulated casualty waits to be evaluated during a Combat Lifesaver course April 10, 2015, aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C. The five-day course, held by the Division Combat Skills Center, culminated with a mass casualty drill, where Marine and sailor students demonstrated the medical skills they learned that week. The simulated casualties had numerous wounds, excreted fake blood and made realistic sounds, all controlled by the course instructors. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Ryan Young/released)
