Description	PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY, Calif. - On March 1, Marines from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center donned their dress uniforms to assist Foothill students in celebrating the 108th anniversary of Dr. Seuss’s birthday by participating in Read across America.
