English: U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Bette Bolivar, the commander of U.S. Naval Forces Marianas, and Ralph Torres, the acting governor of Saipan, fly in an MV-22B Osprey assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265 (Reinforced), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, over the island of Saipan, Aug. 9, 2015. The 31st MEU and the ships of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group are assisting federal and local agencies with distributing emergency relief supplies to Saipan after it was struck by Typhoon Soudelor Aug. 2-3.
