Description
English: Italy Italy, Tuscany, Marina di Massa, Via Don Carlo Gnocchi. The main building was a marine colony and in 1957 was acquired by the “Juvenile Foundation Don Carlo Gnocchi” in order of making a specialized institution for the care of children with polio. The center, after renovation works, could accomodate 120 chidren. Later the center changed activity specializing in the field of rehabilitation with the name “Istituto di Riabilitazione S. Maria alla Pineta”.
