English: Presumed portrait of Marie of Cleves (1553-1574), wife of Henri, Prince of Condé (1552-1588)
Français : Portrait de Marie de Clèves, princesse de Condé, peint par François Clouet vers 1571.

"Femme inconnue, vêtue de noir, et la tête couverte d'un voile blanc. Elle a anciennement été considérée comme un portrait d'Antoinette d'Orléans, duchesse de Retz, par confusion avec un autre portrait conservé au musée du Louvre (MI 855) et représentant ce modèle.

Un dessin correspondant à ce portrait est conservé à la Bibliothèque nationale de France." [1]
