Français : Kinshasa, RD Congo: Mme Faith Pansy Tlakula, Présidente de la Commission africaine des Droits de l'Homme et des Peuples et Rapporteur spécial sur la Liberté d'Expression et l'Accès à l'Information en Afrique, échangeant, le 2 octobre 2017 lors de sa visite officielle en RDC, avec le Ministre des droits de l'Homme, Mme Marie-Ange Mushobekwa, sur un possible soutien du gouvernement pour assurer l'adoption et la mise en œuvre d'une «loi sur l'accès à l'information» qui soit conforme aux normes internationales.
Mme Tlakula a été invitée conjointement par la Commission nationale des droits de l'homme et le Bureau conjoint des Nations Unies aux Droits de l’Homme (UNJHRO) à apporter son soutien à la RDC pour l'adoption du projet de loi sur l'accès à l'information déjà adopté par le Sénat depuis octobre 2015 et se trouvant actuellement devant l'Assemblée nationale.
English: Kinshasa, DR Congo: Mrs. Faith Pansy Tlakula, Chairperson of the African Commission for Human and People’s Rights and Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression and Access to Information in Africa, exchanging on 2 October 2017 during her official visit to the DRC with the Minister of Human rights, Mrs. Marie-Ange Mushobekwa on possible Government support to ensure the adoption and implementation of an "Access to information Law" that is compliant with international norms and standards.
Mrs. Tlakula was jointly invited by the National Human Rights Commission and the United Nations Joint Human Rights Office (UNJHRO) to lend her support to the DRC for the adoption of the Access to information Bill already passed by the Senate since October 2015 and currently tabled before the National Assembly. |
