La escultura conocida como "La Mariblanca" procede de las colecciones reales españolas a través del desaparecido Real Sitio de La Isabela y Baños de Sacedón, junto a la orilla del río Guadiela que hoy alimenta el embalse de Buendía. Lo más probable es que represente una escena de la diosa clásica Diana dispuesta a tomar un baño junto a otras ninfas, por eso se recoge el chitón o túnica, en actitud de introducirse al agua.
