English: World War I. Geneva, Rath Museum. International Prisoners of War Agency (IPWA) of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), research service for disappeared and missing persons: Marguerite van Berchem, daughter of the archaeologist Max van Berchem. She later became the head of the German Service at the IPWA. After the death of her father in 1921 she continued his archaeological works and kept working for the ICRC.
