Kommentar: Oben gelocht. - Diese Gußmedaille auf Philibert II. von Savoyen und seine Gemahlin Margarete von Österreich ist eine Arbeit des Goldschmiedes Jean Marende. Während der Hintergrund der Porträts, die dekorativ eingesetzten heraldischen Elemente, noch der Spätgotik verhaftet sind, sind die Porträts bereits geprägt durch den neuen Stil der Renaissance.
