Description

The most amazing sight on a day of amazing sights. Impressive informal Mardi Gras group following the St. Anne Parade. http://www.kreweofragnarok.com

The horse's head can be raised and lowered. I've been wondering if there was any practical purpose to this, or was it just for the "wow" factor. In any case, wow.
