A group of neighbors and friends form an an informal "krewe" to walk the streets on Mardi Gras Day - this year calling themselves the "Bleeding Penis of Jimmy Swaggart Social Aid & Pleasure Club", satirizing recent scandals of Louisiana preacher Jimmy Swaggart and prostitutes.
