Description
Deutsch: Marchegg, Bezirk Gänserndorf, Niederösterreich. Schloss Marchegg geht auf eine von Ottokar Přemysl II. errichtete Burg zurück, die 1773 in ein barockes Schloss umgewandelt wurde.
English: Marchegg, Gänserndorf District, Lower Austria. Castle consisted of three round towers, surrounding moats and two drawbridges; it was erected under Ottokar II of Bohemia and tranformed into a baroque palace in 1773.
