Description
English: Original art work and proofs for the folded map in the 1961 edition of A survey of the roads of the United States edited by Walter Ristow. All maps on polyester film. Original in pencil and colored pencil. Maps 2 and 3 in ink and printed acrylic adhesive film. Maps 4 and 5 are printed monochrome proofs. Available also through the Library of Congress Web site as a raster image.
