有记者提问：据报道，22日，美国国务卿布林肯称中国是联合国教科文组织最大贡献者，拥有巨大影响力。美国不参与其中，就失去了塑造该组织行为的机会。美应重返联合国教科文组织，这十分重要。中方对此有何评论？ 毛宁称，美国曾两次退出联合国教科文组织，对教科文组织的工作造成了消极影响。如果美国想要重返联合国教科文组织，我们希望美方的初衷是承担国际责任，履行国际义务，支持多边主义，促进国际合作。同时，美方应当检讨毁约退群、大搞“美国优先”的错误行径，展现遵守国际规则、尊重国际法治的善意和诚意。如此，美方才能取信于国际社会，并得到联合国教科文组织成员的支持。 国际机构是开展国际合作的平台，不是推行地缘博弈的战场。如果美方真心客观评价中国在联合国教科文组织的积极作用，我们表示欢迎。但是，如果美方为了平衡、限制中方影响而重返教科文组织，只会让各方质疑美方是换汤不换药，仍旧把“美国第一”置于国际公益之上。 |
