日本語: 所沢市内 雨水用のマンホール蓋。　- "ところざわし うすい" の文字と、
中央には日本で初めて飛んだ飛行機、1910年式 FarmanIII （アンリー・ファルマン複葉機）が、
市の鳥；ヒバリ、市の花；茶の花、市の木；イチョウの葉とともにデザインされている。

English: A type of manhole covers in Tokorozawa city, Japan, colored and illustrated.
On the center is a 1910's FarmanⅢ, French biplane also known as "Henri Farman biplane", or "box-kite"
, which was officially the first powered aircraft in Japan.
