Description

In the guise of Park Royal-bodied Leyland Atlantean, new to Manchester Corporation in March 1968 as 1001. It spent it's working life at Hyde Road depot.

They are colloquially known as Mancunians.

Withdrawn by Greater Manchester Transport in 1981 it entered preservation and is seen it's original condition outside the Museum of Transport on Sunday 4th September, having done the heritage route from Heaton Park
