Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The B-17 "Flying Fortress" bomber appeared as it did in World War II, as far as I know. This inlcuded the "nose art," which personalized just every bomber in the Army Air Corps. The bombs showed the number of missions that this airplane had flown. I believe that the swastikas indicated the number of German fightersthat the airplane's crew had shot down. Taken at Manassas Regional Airport in Virginia.
