Photograph of a male Hopi weaver at Moenkopi, Arizona, ca.1898. He can be seen seated on a blanket on the dirt floor with his knees crossed. The loom hangs before him in front of an adobe and stone wall. He wears a printed long-sleeved shirt and white pants. Blankets hang from the wall at right. Several objects such as moccasins, a shallow basket, and animal pelts lay on the ground nearby.
