Summary
[edit]DescriptionMalang Baba Temple Jamuhar Kapilbastu Lumbini Zone Nepal Rajesh Dhungana (3).jpg |
English: Kapilvastu municipality of Kapilvastu district is said to have a yellow dome-shaped mosque near the river Jamuhar. When I came to Taulihawa a few years ago, the color of this mosque was white. It is now painted yellow. When I saw the words Muslim and Hindu in this temple. There was curiosity and I went to this temple area three times to find out about the temple. In the meantime, I reached Kapilvastu's Mainihawa and got information about it from the locals. It is called Muslim Malang Baba Mosque. Chinni, an old fuel trader from Toulihawa, had brought this Muslim Baba from India. These Babas used to do special weeding work. Kapilvastu used to live in Dohani. Before the death of this Baba, Sahu Chinni built this mosque while he was still alive with some financial support. But the strange thing is that I went near this temple and walked around. Right and left Shiva Ganesha Namah. Shri Om Ninkar Bhagwan is written. In the middle is written in Muslim language which I could not understand. I asked the locals again, "Is it a Muslim temple? Why are there Hindu scriptures written there?" He said that two Hindu women also worship in this temple. He said by naming the name. The name I thought it appropriate to write here. And later other Hindus also come to this place and worship. |
