Summary
[edit]DescriptionMakeshift camps for those forced from home (11237240613).jpg |
More than 600,000 people have already fled their homes in the ongoing violence in Central African Republic. Many head for makeshift settlements - such as this Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp in Kaga Bandoro, towards the north of the country. The UK is providing emergency healthcare, clean water, food and logistical support to hundreds of thousands of people across CAR in response to the severe escalation in the humanitarian crisis.
