Description
English: The Commander of the Australian Forces in Vietnam (COMAFV), Major General R. A. Hay of Red Hill, ACT, takes the salute from an Australian guard at the Free World Headquarters. The occasion was the presentation of a Long Service and Good Conduct Medal to adviser Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) Bill Grogan of Plympton, SA, of the Australian Army Training Team in Vietnam (AATTV), for twenty years service.
