Patterson, assistant secretary, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, during a reception at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial here, July 29. Following the reception, Gen. Brilakis and the honorable Mrs. Patterson attended the annual MCRC-sponsored Sunset Parade at the U.S. Marine Corps War Memorial.
