Description
English: Housing in the form of maisonettes. Each consists of 4 flats with separate entrances, 2 upstairs with side entrance, 2 on the ground with front entrance, all within the same roof and walls. The construction is of brick with cement render and tiled roof. This model of dwelling is on Sandringham Crescent, Sandringham Drive (West portion) and Sandringham Gardens, and the leaseholders are required to keep the paintwork the same. What would elsewhere be a strip of grass between the pavement and the road has been replaced with pebbles to provide parking for residents. The building on the left shows 3 television aerials and one satellite dish.
