Français : Autres titres : Maison Charest. Description : Le mur est daterait de la construction en 1757 pour le marchand Joseph Charest. Le mur mitoyen au sud provient de la maison Leber érigée en 1685. Les murs du pavillon sont construits en pierre de Beauport et les deux premiers niveaux sont de la construction de 1758. Les encadrements de fenêtre et la voussure arquée d'une porte des premier et deuxième étages sont de cette période. La maison et son pavillon reposent sur des caves voûtées érigées peu avant la Conquête. Un foyer mouluré est présent au rez-de-chaussée.
