Français : Autres titres : Maison Bulmer. Description : Cette demeure fait partie d'une suite de trois habitations de grès rouge construites entre 1894 et 1897 par les architectes Dunlop et Heriot. Les façades sont dessinées de façon à s'accorder entre elles. Elle présente les caractéristiques du style victorien d'inspiration romane. À la fin des années soixante, la demeure abritait le consulat d'Italie avant sa relocalisation plus à l'est sur la même avenue. (Source : François Rémillard, Brian Merrett.
