Français : Maison datant de 1894, construite par Philippe Bowé qui était le patron d'une entreprise de fonderie située sur une parcelle à l'arrière. De ce fait, la charpente, l'ossature, mais aussi les éléments de décoration, comme les encadrements de fenêtres, sont en effet réalisés en fonte. Des éléments comme la grille et le muret ont été restaurés à l'identique en 2007.
