Description : Érigée en 1899 pour Benjamin Tooke, fondateur de la « Tooke Bros, Ltd. », cette demeure est un chef-d'œuvre d'éclectisme entièrement basé sur l'architecture écossaise s'échelonnant de la période médiévale jusqu'à la fin de la Renaissance. Le consulat de la République fédérale allemande y a eu ses bureaux au cours des années soixante. De 1972 à 1984, la maison est demeurée inhabitée.
