| Description |
English: Main road to Lichfield The train about to cross the bridge is the local service from Birmingham New St. For some time the local authorities along this route have campaigned to have the line electified, so far, to no avail. It seems rather odd though as the line is electrified from Birmingham to Walsall and along the West Coast Main Line at Rugeley Trant Valley - the station where the local train terminates. |
