Summary
[edit]DescriptionMagnetron sputtering gun.jpg |
English: Magnetron sputtering gun. Magnetron sputtering is a technique to prepare thin solid films. Plasma cloud is generated with the sputtering gun using high voltage, which ionizes argon plasma. In the image, the plasma cloud is fake (however, this is how it would look when operated in near vacuum conditions).
Eesti: Magnetronpihustus (tolmustus) on tehnika, mille abil saab valmistada õhukesi ainekihte. Plasmapilv tekitatakse kahuris kõrge pinge abil, millega ioniseeritakse argooni aatomid, mis löövad sadestatavast ainest välja aatomeid ja aatomiklastreid.
Sellel pildil on küll plasmapilv illustratsiooniks juurde joonistatud, kuid selline näeks see välja vaakumis. |
