English: : Mátyás Square #3's access balcony from Magda Yard courtyard by Sándor and Béla Löffler, invested by dr. Lajos Vágó lawyer and Zsigmond Balassa - 4 Mátyás Square, Magdolna neighbourhood, 8th district of Budapest. Magyar: : Magda-udvar (Löffler Samu Sándor és Löffler Béla építészek). Az 1920-as éveki itt működött a Mátyás mozi avagy a 'Griffatong János mozgófényképes helyisége'. A 'Magda udvar' /kötőjel nélkül a 30-as években,-vagy után,- került a homlokzatra/. Az alagsorban hatalmas raktárat alakítottak ki a földszinten tágas boltok működtek. Az eredetileg ötemeletes épületet 1961-ben hatemeletesre bővitik. Kisméretű lakások közül a (egy) szoba-konyhás földszinti lakásokhoz közös WC tartozott Kutató: Ast Hajnalka, Tolni-Pálóczy Enikő.
