Provient d'un lot de tableaux provenant de la descendance de Marie-Elisabeth Lemoine vendu aux enchères chez De Baecque en 2019 et comportant de nombreuses toiles de Marie-Victoire Lemoine et Marie-Elisabeth Lemoine. Ce tableau pourrait donc aussi être de la main de Marie-Victoire Lemoine.
