Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Macmillan Way south of A419 Looking south from the northern edge of the square by the A419. This cross-field path is well used as a link from Sapperton to Hailey Wood, crossing the line of the Thames and Severn Canal tunnel and the English watershed. The route is used by the Macmillan Way (see sticker on gatepost), a long distance coast-to-coast path from Lincolnshire to Dorset; and also the Wysis Way, a regional path linking the Rivers Severn and Wye to the River Thames path. Thus the walker has a choice of two coast to coast routes to follow here.
