Description
English: Boatswain Mate Second Class Harry Pinti, 28, of Haverhill, Mass., prepares a MK 38 25 mm machine gun onboard the Coast Guard cutter Wrangell, homeported in Portland, Me., before departing for patrol Wednesday, March 12, 2003.

Approximately 650 Coast Guardsmen on six cutters and two Port Security Units are serving in the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
