This file is in the public domain because it comes from the Alaska Traffic Manual, sign number R10-110, which incorporates the federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and the Alaska Traffic Manual Supplement (ATMS). The ATM states on its page I-1: "Both the ATMS and the MUTCD shall be consulted when researching traffic control device issues." The federal MUTCD states specifically on its page I-1 that:
