Copper alloy Fleur-de-lis mount. Probable date c.1500 - 1700.

The object has three Fleur-de-lis style deocrations, one on the top of the other. The top one has all three petals which are rounded on the ends. Below these are two similar petals at the sides. Toward the bottom is two more petals but these are straight rather than curved. At the very bottom are two openwork decorations which are triagular (one is broken) and have concave edges. Light green/brown patina all over.
