Description
English: Gen. David H. Petraeus, commander of Multi-National Forces - Iraq, meets with Tucaipa, Calif., native Maj. Chris Rogers, 38, the communications officer for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, at Joint Security Station (JSS) Mansour in the Jamia neighborhood of the Mansour district of Baghdad March 28. Petraeus visited to see the progress troops are making in standing up and fortifying the JSS.
