Description A Romanian soldier of 1st Company, 151st Infantry Battalion "Black Wolves", 15th Mechanized Brigade observes as a civilian prepares Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System gear for installation during exercise Combined Resolve IV at the U.S. Army’s Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, May 14, 2015. Combined Resolve IV is a multinational decisive action training environment exercise intended to train a U.S. led multinational brigade in order to enhance interoperability with multiple partner nations and execute unified land operations against a complex threat while improving the combat readiness of all participants. The Combined Resolve series of exercises incorporates the Army’s Regionally Aligned Force to U.S. European Command with the European Activity Set to train with our Allies and partners.
