Summary

[edit]
Description

Some old rusty streetcar rails piled up at Emerald Street on the border between Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

The story goes that each of the two doors on the main entrance of the KSTP building are in different cities.

Streetcar service ended in Saint Paul in 1953, and in July 1954 in Minneapolis.

University Avenue carried the "St. Paul–Minneapolis" line, also known as the "Interurban".
