Deutsch: Benin-Bronze. Reliefplatte: Oba (König) mit zwei Würdenträgern. Der im Perlenornat geschmückte, sitzende Oba wird von den beiden knieenden Würdenträger gestützt. Der Oba trägt einen Gürtel mit Leopardenahänger, die Würdenträger mit Krokodilanhängern. Auf dem blumenverzerten Hintergrund sind zwei Köpfe von Portugiesen mit Hut und Feder abgebidlet.
English: Benin bronze. Relief plaque; Oba with two Dignitaries. The sitting Oba, adorned in pearl regalia, is supported by the two kneeling dignitaries. The Oba wears a belt with a leopard pendant, the dignitaries with crocodile pendants. Two Portuguese heads with hats and feathers are depicted on the flower-decorated background.
