Italiano: Veduta immaginaria ed assolutamente irreale del trasporto di antichità dal Museo Herculanese di Portici al Palazzo degli Studi di Napoli: non solo è impensabile il trasporto di statue colossali come quelle rappresentate, semplicemente poggiate su dei carri senza minimamente incassarle o fissarle con delle funi; ma poi questa celebrazione dell'ingresso trionfale delle antichità nel Palazzo degli Studi, con tanta partecipazione della corte ed affluenza di popolo, in realtà non è mai avvenuta. Infine la visione dei luoghi, come è data dall'incisione, è capovolta rispetto alla realtà dei luoghi, ed andrebbe vista specularmente. (Incisione di J.
