| Description |
English: M50 Motorway. The M50 motorway looking west from the bridge near Shaw Common. The M50 motorway runs for twenty-two miles westward from the M5, junction 8, just north of Tewkesbury, to meet the A40 road and A449 road at Ross-on-Wye. Built between 1960 and 1962, it was one of the first motorways built in Britain. It is known as the 'Ross Spur'. |
