Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Ketua Lembaga Kerapatan Adat Alam Minangkabau (LKAAM) Sumatra Barat M. Sayuti Datuak Rajo Panghulu memperlihatkan putusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) terhadap uji materi Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) 3 Menteri.

Dalam amar putusan Perkara Nomor 17 P/HUM/2021, MA menyatakan SKB 3 Menteri tentang Seragam Sekolah bertentangan dengan sejumlah peraturan perundang-undangan di atasnya. Mulai dari UU Pemerintahan Daerah hingga UU Sisdiknas.

Dengan demikian, Keputusan Bersama Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia dan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia, Nomor 02/KB/2021, Nomor 025-199 Tahun 2021, Nomor 219 Tahun 2021 tentang Penggunaan Pakaian Seragam dan Atribut Bagi Peserta Didik, Pendidik, dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Lingkungan Sekolah yang Diselenggarakan Pemerintah Daerah Pada Jenjang Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, tanggal 3 Februari 2021, dinyatakan tidak sah dan tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat.

MA memerintahkan tiga menteri yang bersangkutan mencabut SKB 3 Menteri soal Seragam Sekolah yang diterbitkan pada 3 Februari 2021.
